Blind Harrower would mainly benefit an Outcast-focused Demon Hunter deck—particularly a slower tempo or value-oriented list that can reliably play cards from the left or right edge of its hand—but it is generally too slow and inconsistent for aggressive Demon Hunter decks because its random Outcast generation does not guarantee useful resources and its three-mana investment produces limited immediate board impact. Cards such as Crimson Sigil Runner, Spectral Sight, and Skull of Gul’dan are usually better because they provide more reliable card draw, while cheaper proactive minions and removal are preferable in faster lists; even though Blind Harrower can generate two cards through its Outcast and Deathrattle effects, it should not normally see play unless the format specifically rewards value-heavy Outcast synergy or the card’s stats are unusually strong.
