7 Supplier would mainly benefit an aggressive or tempo Rogue deck that uses Stealth minions and wants to maintain pressure while refilling its hand, especially if it can safely attack immediately after being played; however, its card draw is conditional and delayed, so it is weaker than reliable options such as Swindle, which can draw two cards for two mana with a Combo requirement, or current efficient draw engines like Gear Shift when available. Unless SI:7 Supplier has unusually strong stats or meaningful Stealth-related synergy in the relevant card pool, it probably should not see competitive play because Rogue already has better ways to generate tempo and draw cards, though it could be playable in a dedicated Stealth Rogue or budget deck.
