The Air Elemental card with the Elusive ability would be beneficial in a Shaman deck focused on evasion and control, as it can be difficult for opponents to target. However, there are better cards with similar effects like the Ancestral Spirit which provides more value and protection for key minions. While the Air Elemental can be situationally useful, it may not be a top choice for competitive play unless in a specific deck archetype that values its elusive nature.
