A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and token generation, such as a Goblin tribal deck or a red aggro deck, would benefit from including Dragon Fodder. While it is a solid card for its cost, there are better options available like Krenko's Command, which creates the same number of tokens at the same cost but also has the potential to generate more tokens in the long run. Dragon Fodder could still see play in decks looking for additional token generation or synergies with Goblin tribal themes.
