Engineered Explosives, Artifact, صمم بواسطة Ron Spears صدر لأول مرة في Jun, 2004 في التحرير Fifth Dawn وطبع بالضبط في 7 أشكال مختلفة.
A control deck that can manipulate its mana base to cast Engineered Explosives with multiple colors would benefit from this card, as it can potentially destroy a variety of threats on the board. While Engineered Explosives is a versatile card, some decks may prefer more specific removal options like Damnation or Supreme Verdict depending on their strategy and meta. Ultimately, Engineered Explosives can be a strong inclusion in decks with diverse mana sources and a need for flexible removal, making it worth considering for certain metagames and playstyles.

Tokens that aren’t a copy of something else don’t have a mana cost. Anything without a mana cost normally has a converted mana cost of 0.

You can choose any value for X as you cast Engineered Explosives. The value chosen for X doesn’t directly affect the number of charge counters Engineered Explosives enters the battlefield with, but it does let you pay more mana and thus spend more colors of mana to cast it.
