Flight Maneuvers would fit best in a **board-centric Paladin deck**, especially something like Dude Paladin or any aggressive/midrange token-style build that consistently has multiple minions in play to maximize the double +1/+1 and Divine Shield effect; if the “Shatter” condition is reasonably achievable, this card represents an enormous tempo swing by summoning four 4/2 Drakes total while buffing your entire board twice, which strongly favors swarm strategies looking to snowball pressure and protect wide boards. However, its power level would depend heavily on how easy Shatter is to trigger and whether the effect truly repeats in full, because at 4 mana this would be absurdly strong compared to cards like Stand Against Darkness, Warhorse Trainer, or even Lightfused Stegodon in Wild, and far above typical Paladin board buffs; if it works exactly as written, it would almost certainly see play and might even be overtuned, but if the duplication is conditional or inconsistent, more relia
