While Inspiring Call provides card draw and protection for your creatures, there are potentially more efficient cards like Heroic Intervention or Teferi's Protection that offer broader protection for all your permanents. However, Inspiring Call could still see play in decks looking for specific creature-based card draw and protection effects.
