**Mend (1 mana, Priest)** would mainly benefit slower Priest decks that rely on keeping high-value minions alive—such as Control Priest or certain Combo/Overheal-style Priest builds—where restoring a damaged but important minion (like one with a powerful ongoing effect) can preserve tempo while cycling a card. However, because it requires a damaged minion to gain full value and doesn’t affect the board immediately beyond healing, it’s generally weaker than more flexible or proactive options; cards like **Power Word: Shield** (historically strong for cheap cycle and stat buff), **Flash Heal/Renew** (cheap healing with flexibility), or broader swing tools like **Desperate Prayer**, **Shard of the Naaru**, or efficient removal typically offer more consistent impact. In most metas, Mend would likely be niche and not an auto-include, seeing play only if a specific Priest archetype strongly rewards full healing or survivability synergies, otherwise being outclassed by more versatile 1-cost s
