**Personify** fits best in decks that want “blink” effects or creature-based value engines—especially Azorius (UW) or Selesnya (GW) builds that rely on enter-the-battlefield (ETB) triggers (like *Spirited Companion*, *Wall of Omens*, or *Skyclave Apparition*) or that want to protect key creatures from removal while retriggering their abilities. It also has niche synergy in typal decks (Humans, Elementals, etc.) because the 1/1 Changeling counts as every creature type, and it can fuel go-wide or sacrifice strategies by providing an extra body. However, compared to existing options, it’s likely below rate: *Ephemerate* (1 mana with rebound) is significantly more efficient for pure blink value, *Cloudshift* does the protection/blink job for one mana at instant speed, and *Flickerwisp* or *Teleportation Circle* provide repeatable value. The added Changeling token is nice but probably not enough to justify the extra mana in competitive formats, so this would most likely see play in casual C
