Scalebreaker Bulwark would fit best in a slower, control‑oriented Paladin deck—such as Control Paladin or a defensive Reno-style Paladin—that wants repeatable, passive board damage to help stabilize against wide enemy boards while pressuring over time. Its end‑of‑turn AoE effect is strongest when you can protect it (Taunt synergies, buffs, or forcing awkward trades), letting the incremental damage snowball against aggro or token strategies.
