Genn, Cursed King would fit best in a parity-based deck that naturally runs mostly all-even or all-odd costs, similar to classic Even or Odd archetypes, since you must hold it in hand while the rest of your hand matches parity to transform it—meaning it rewards careful hand management and a low-curve, redundancy-heavy build (like Even Paladin, Even Shaman, or an aggressive Odd Rogue–style shell that avoids mixed costs clogging your hand). However, traditional parity payoff cards like **Genn Greymane** and **Baku the Mooneater** are almost certainly stronger because they provide guaranteed, deck-wide Hero Power upgrades from the start of the game rather than a conditional in-hand transformation, making them more consistent and less awkward; unless Worgen King offers an exceptionally powerful statline or game-winning effect, this card would likely be too inconsistent for competitive play and might only see play if the transformed form is significantly above rate for 4 mana.
