This card, Snowchugger, would be beneficial in a control or tempo Mage deck, as it can help stall opponents by freezing their characters and maintaining board control. While Snowchugger is a decent card for early-game disruption, Water Elemental might be a better option due to its higher health and similar effect. However, Snowchugger can still see play in certain Mage decks that focus on freezing mechanics or early-game aggression.
