Splitting Spacerock would fit well in a midrange or control deck that focuses on generating value over time, as its Deathrattle effect can provide a solid board presence with the two 4/4 Splitting Boulders. However, there are arguably better options available, such as N'Zoth, the Corruptor, which can summon multiple powerful minions upon death, or Tirion Fordring, which offers both a strong body and a weapon upon death. While Splitting Spacerock can see play in certain strategies, its impact may be overshadowed by these more impactful cards, making it less desirable in competitive play.
