This card, Target Dummy, could be beneficial in a Mech-themed deck in Hearthstone due to its Mech synergy and Taunt ability, providing protection for more valuable minions. However, there are likely better options for Taunt minions in Mech decks, such as Annoy-o-Tron or Shieldmasta, which offer more utility or stats. Target Dummy may not see much play in competitive decks unless there is a specific need for a cheap Mech with Taunt.
