Tortolla would be best suited for a control warrior deck that focuses on survivability and board control. While its effect of gaining Armor and Attack after taking damage is advantageous, the high cost of hs-10 might make it less efficient compared to other options such as Shieldmaiden, which provides instant Armor gain and a solid body for a lower cost. Tortolla could have potential in a slower, value-oriented warrior deck but might struggle to find a spot in the current competitive meta.
