It is likely stronger than most generic minion-generation cards such as Vulpera Scoundrel or Stonehill Defender because it targets high-impact cards and discounts their deployment, though class-specific tutors or direct draw are better when a deck needs one exact minion rather than a choice. This should probably see play if Prepare meaningfully reduces the minion's cost, since a cheap, flexible threat tutor with cost reduction risks being staple-level in slower decks; it would be healthier with a narrower pool, a higher cost, or a weaker discount.
