Xander's Lounge would be beneficial in a multicolor deck that utilizes blue, black, or red mana, as it provides flexibility in mana production. However, there are better lands with similar abilities such as the triome lands from Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths, which provide more color options and come into play untapped. Xander's Lounge could see play in budget decks or casual play, but in competitive settings, there are more efficient options available.
