This card, Cactus Rager, would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on board control and removal, as its Poisonous ability can take out high-value enemy minions with just one hit. However, there are better options available such as Stubborn Gastropod which has Taunt in addition to Poisonous, providing extra protection for your other minions. Overall, Cactus Rager may not see much play in competitive decks due to its vulnerability to removal and stronger alternatives in the current meta.
