This card, Cannibalize, would benefit a control priest deck that focuses on board control and healing. It can be particularly useful for removing a threatening enemy minion while simultaneously healing your own minions and hero. However, there are better options like Shadow Word: Death which can destroy a minion without the health restoration drawback, making it a more efficient removal spell in most situations. Cannibalize could see situational play in decks looking for additional healing and board presence, but it may not be a staple in competitive priest decks.
