Carrier Whelp is a 1‑mana 1/1 Neutral Dragon with **Battlecry: Get a random Dragon that costs (3) or less**, so it fits best in Dragon‑synergy decks that care more about *having Dragons in hand* than about raw stats—such as Priest, Paladin, or Warrior builds that activate “if you’re holding a Dragon” effects. It can also support value‑oriented or Discover-style decks that don’t mind low tempo in exchange for resource generation.
