This Fishy Flyer card would benefit an aggressive tempo deck looking to maintain board control and apply pressure. While it provides immediate value with Rush and leaves a 4/3 Ghost with Rush for future plays, its stat distribution may not be as impactful in the later stages of the game. Other cards like Hench-Clan Thug or SI:7 Agent might offer more consistent value in a similar deck archetype. However, Fishy Flyer could still see play in specific minion-based strategies that prioritize board presence and efficient trades.
