Highlord Fordragon would be beneficial in a Paladin deck focused on maintaining board presence and buffing minions in hand. It synergizes well with Divine Shield minions and can provide a significant boost to a minion in hand. However, there are arguably better cards in terms of immediate impact or value generation, such as Sunkeeper Tarim or Tirion Fordring. Highlord Fordragon could see play in a more midrange or control-oriented Paladin deck that values hand buffing and minion longevity.
