Lotus Troublemaker would fit best in a spell-heavy Rogue deck—such as Miracle Rogue or a tempo-based combo Rogue—that can easily chain multiple cheap 0–2 Mana cards in a single turn to repeatedly trigger the “shoot” effect while it’s in hand, turning it into scalable burn and board control; it especially synergizes with Preparation, Coins, and other low-cost generation tools. However, Rogue already has very efficient damage options like **SI:7 Agent** (for reliable targeted damage with Combo), **Wicked Stab** (efficient burst scaling into the late game), **Tooth of Nefarian** (flexible removal plus spell generation), and historically stronger tempo swings from cards like **Edwin, Defias Kingpin** in spell-heavy builds.
