A deck that focuses on ramping up quickly to have a high power total among its creatures, such as a green stompy or ramp deck, would benefit from using Mosswort Bridge. It provides a way to cheat out a powerful spell for free if the conditions are met. However, there are better cards like Gaea's Cradle or Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx that provide more consistent and powerful mana generation without the need for specific creature power requirements. Mosswort Bridge could see play in more casual or budget decks where the power condition can be reliably met.
