Ruby Sanctum would fit best in a combo- or spell-focused Priest deck that runs efficient healing effects capable of targeting enemy characters, essentially turning large healing bursts into surprise burn damage; however, because it only affects your *next* healing effect that turn and requires setup, it’s generally niche and slower than simply running direct damage or flexible removal. Decks like Combo Priest or certain OTK-style Priest builds could theoretically use it with cards that restore large amounts of Health to convert into burst, but in most cases there are better and more consistent options—such as direct damage spells (e.g., Shadow Word–style removal) or cards that naturally convert healing into damage without a one-turn setup condition. Unless a specific combo exists that reliably exploits a massive healing swing for lethal, Ruby Sanctum is likely too situational to see competitive play.
