Raph & Mikey, Troublemakers would fit best in a Gruul (red/green) creature-heavy Commander deck that wants to cheat big threats into play, especially one built around high-impact creatures like Etali, Primal Conqueror, Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, Apex Altisaur, or Pathbreaker Ibex; because their attack trigger puts a creature directly onto the battlefield tapped and attacking, the deck should minimize low-impact creatures and instead focus on top-end bombs to maximize value, possibly using topdeck manipulation like Scroll Rack or Sylvan Library to stack hits. This effect is comparable to cards like Ilharg, the Raze-Boar and Winota, Joiner of Forces—Ilharg is generally more reliable since it doesn’t require random revealing and returns the creature to hand for reuse, while Winota is often stronger and more competitive due to her explosive multi-trigger potential—so while Raph & Mikey would be powerful and very fun in casual or mid-power Commander, they’d likely be outclassed in high-power
