Skeletal Scrying would be beneficial in a deck focused on graveyard recursion and card advantage, such as a black-based control or midrange deck. While it provides card draw and life loss, it may not be as efficient as other options like \[\[Night's Whisper\]\] or \[\[Sign in Blood\]\] which offer similar effects without the graveyard exile requirement. Overall, Skeletal Scrying could see play in specific graveyard-centric strategies, but may not be a top choice in more competitive decks.
