This card, Temporus, could be beneficial in a control or combo Priest deck that aims to capitalize on the extra turns to set up a game-winning board or combo. However, the risk of giving your opponent two turns to potentially disrupt your strategy can be high. Other cards like Malygos or Prophet Velen might be better options for burst damage combos, making Temporus situational and not a staple in most Priest decks.
