A Deathrattle-heavy Hunter deck would benefit from including Terrorscale Stalker as it can trigger powerful Deathrattle effects for additional value. However, there are other cards such as Play Dead and Nine Lives that offer more versatility and synergy with Deathrattle minions. Terrorscale Stalker could see play in specific Deathrattle-focused Hunter decks, but may be overshadowed by more powerful options.
