Wailing Vapor would be a great addition to an Elemental Shaman deck, as it synergizes well with other Elemental cards by gaining +1 Attack each time an Elemental is played. While there may be other stronger cards in terms of immediate impact or value, Wailing Vapor's ability to snowball and become a threat over time makes it a solid choice for decks focused on Elemental synergy, especially in the mid to late game.
