Warmaster Blackhorn would benefit a slow, late-game control or combo deck that runs very few (or no) 1- or 2-cost cards, aiming to cripple aggressive and tempo strategies that rely heavily on cheap cards to build early pressure and cycle; by the time you play it on turn 7, you likely haven’t drawn many low-cost cards if your deck is built to avoid them, while aggressive opponents often still have several cheap cards left in their deck, making this effect asymmetrical in practice.
