This card would benefit a Shaman aggro deck that focuses on dealing quick burst damage. While Windfury can be powerful for doubling a minion's attack, it may not be the most efficient use of mana in a competitive deck. Cards like Rockbiter Weapon or Flametongue Totem might provide better value for a similar effect, making Windfury less likely to see play in top-tier decks.
