About Sun's Reckoning
Sun's Reckoning, Spell, designed by James Ryman first released in setembre del 2026 in the set Reign of the Black Empire.
Sun’s Reckoning fits a slower Control Paladin deck that can use its cheap board clear, draw through its deck, and eventually benefit from the shuffled Final Reckoning. It is much less useful in aggressive Paladin, where 1 damage rarely advances your own board. If City Tax is legal in your format, it is usually the better 2-cost option: it deals the same damage immediately, adds Lifesteal, and can be Traded away when you do not need it. Sun’s Reckoning is worth considering only if your deck reliably reaches the late game and wants the extra payoff; otherwise, I would not expect it to see much play.
