This card, Criminal Lineup, would benefit a Shaman deck that focuses on buffing and duplicating powerful minions, especially those with strong Battlecry or Deathrattle effects. Decks that can efficiently manage Overload and capitalize on multiple copies of a key minion would find this card useful.
