This card would be beneficial in a Mage deck that focuses on playing multiple Secrets each turn, as it reduces the cost of the first Secret played. However, given the limitation of only reducing the cost of the first Secret, it may not be as versatile as other cards that provide more consistent value. Cards like Kirin Tor Mage, which allows you to play a Secret for free, or Ethereal Arcanist, which gains attack based on the number of Secrets you control, may be better options for Secret-heavy Mage decks. Overall, Game Master could see play in specific Secret-focused Mage decks, but may not be a staple card in every Mage deck.
