About Kinbinding
Kinbinding, Enchantment, designed by Heather Hudson first released in Jan, 2026 in the set Lorwyn Eclipsed and was printed exactly in 4 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
Kinbinding would fit best in a go‑wide token or creature-swarm deck, especially in Selesnya (green‑white) shells that can produce multiple creatures in a single turn through token makers, cheap creatures, or blink effects; the static scaling buff rewards explosive turns where you flood the board, and the beginning‑of‑combat token helps steadily build toward larger pumps. However, at five mana it’s competing with much stronger anthem or finisher options like **Cathars’ Crusade** (which permanently grows your board with each creature entering), **Mondrak, Glory Dominus** or **Anointed Procession** (which double tokens), **Jetmir, Nexus of Revels** (a far more lethal finisher in go‑wide decks), or even **Felidar Retreat**, which provides repeatable board growth with landfall and immediate value. Because Kinbinding only counts creatures that entered *this turn* and doesn’t permanently grow your team, it’s more explosive than consistent, making it playable mainly in casual or Commander toke
