This card, Lazul's Scheme, would be beneficial in a control Priest deck that focuses on stalling the opponent's board and maintaining board control. While it can be a decent utility card for early game minion suppression, there are better options like Shadow Word: Pain or Shadow Word: Death for more immediate removal. Lazul's Scheme could see situational play in decks that aim to prolong the game and gradually weaken enemy threats, but it may not be a top priority inclusion due to its slow scaling effect.
