A Control Warrior deck would benefit the most from using Shield Slam, as it relies on gaining Armor throughout the game. However, there are better cards like Brawl or Warpath that offer more versatility and board control. Shield Slam should still see play in a Control Warrior deck as a situational removal option, especially against high-health minions.
