This card, Shrinkmeister, would be beneficial in a control Priest deck that focuses on board control and removal. While it can help weaken enemy minions for better trades, there are better options like Shadow Word: Pain or Cabal Shadow Priest for more impactful removal or minion control. Shrinkmeister could see situational play in decks looking for additional ways to manipulate minion stats, but it may not be a staple card in most Priest decks.
