This Grim Necromancer card would be beneficial in a token or swarm deck that focuses on flooding the board with multiple small minions. While it can provide some immediate board presence with the summoned Skeletons, there are potentially better cards like Fungalmancer or Sea Giant that offer more impactful effects or stats for a similar cost. However, Grim Necromancer could still see play in decks looking to maintain board presence and pressure the opponent with multiple minions.
