A deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's hand and controlling the field would benefit from using Snapdragon. While Snapdragon's effect of banishing a random card from the opponent's hand can be powerful, there are better cards like Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring or Droll & Lock Bird that offer more consistent and versatile hand disruption effects. However, Snapdragon could still see play in decks that have space for additional hand disruption options or want to capitalize on its unique effect for surprise plays.
