This Armor Vendor card would be beneficial in a control or defensive deck that focuses on outlasting opponents and surviving until the late game. While it provides a significant amount of Armor to both players, there are other cards like Shield Block that offer a similar effect with the added bonus of drawing a card. However, Armor Vendor could still see play in decks that require a quick burst of survivability or in decks that synergize with Armor gain effects.
