Forbidden Ancient would be beneficial in a ramp Druid deck that focuses on quickly gaining mana to play powerful cards. While it can potentially become a large minion with its Battlecry, there are better cards like Ironbark Protector or The Lich King that offer more immediate impact or value. However, Forbidden Ancient could see play in a deck that aims to flood the board with big minions in the late game.
