This card, Gruntled Patron, would be a great addition to a token or swarm deck that focuses on flooding the board with multiple minions. It can create a strong board presence quickly, especially when combined with cards that buff or support multiple minions. While there may be better options for similar effects in some cases, Gruntled Patron's ability to potentially flood the board with multiple copies of itself can be a powerful tool in the right deck and could definitely see play in decks that aim to overwhelm the opponent with a swarm of minions.
