Rampaging Hound would fit best in a defensive or control-oriented Warrior deck—especially something like Control Warrior or Taunt Warrior—that can capitalize on forcing enemy minions to crash into a large, durable body, ideally one with high Health, Taunt synergy, Enrage effects, or damage-triggered benefits (such as cards that gain Armor or trigger effects when damaged).
