The Black Blood would fit best in a Control or Heal-focused Priest deck—particularly a Control Priest or Undead/Shadow Control Priest that runs lots of healing effects like Flash Heal, Heal, Identity Theft–style value tools, and board-control spells—since its effect rewards frequent Health restoration by converting healing into repeated removal through random enemy minion attacks. It synergizes especially well in slower metas where Priest can reliably trigger multiple heals in a turn to leverage its Colossal +3 bodies for sustained board control.
