**Purifying Breath** (2‑mana Priest spell: deal 5 damage to a minion; if it dies, restore 5 Health to the enemy hero) would mainly fit in a **control or combo Priest deck** that values cheap, efficient single‑target removal and doesn’t care about the opponent gaining life—such as slower Control Priest builds that win through inevitability (e.g., attrition, big minions, or combo finishes rather than burn). Aggro or tempo Priest would dislike giving the opponent 5 Health, since that directly undermines their win condition. That said, in most metas there are **better Priest removal options**: *Shadow Word: Death* (efficient unconditional kill on big minions), *Penance* (damage plus self-heal without helping the opponent), or *Holy Smite* (cheap, flexible damage without a drawback) are typically stronger because they don’t grant the enemy life.
