Decks like Miracle-style Rogue, spell-dense Mage, or combo Priest would theoretically benefit most, since they rely on cycling quickly through their deck. However, at 9 mana in Neutral, this card is extremely slow and competes with stronger, cheaper draw engines—most notably **Gadgetzan Auctioneer**, which costs only 6 mana and already provides the same spell-draw effect without needing additional setup, making it far more efficient and historically proven in competitive play.
