A 3-mana Paladin spell that repeatedly summons 2-cost-or-less minions from your deck would fit best in an aggressive or swarm-based Paladin deck, particularly Silver Hand Recruit, Dude Paladin, or Divine Shield aggro lists that run many high-value 1–2 cost minions (e.g., sticky Deathrattles, Divine Shield minions, or strong 2-drops like Shielded Minibot-style cards in Wild).
