This card would benefit a Paladin deck focused on playing a lot of minions from hand, such as a handbuff or aggro deck. While Smuggler's Run can provide a temporary boost to your hand minions, there are better cards like Grimestreet Outfitter that offer a similar effect for a lower cost and with a body on board. Overall, Smuggler's Run may not see much play in competitive decks due to its higher cost and less efficient effect compared to other options available.
